what is heal?

HEAL is a 6 month fitness and nutrition coaching program designed for anyone who is committed to showing up for themselves, their health and their future. If you are ready to make a change, learn healthy habits and commit to a healthy lifestyle this is for you.
*This program is free to the community with limited spaces available. (Program is set to begin in January 2024. May change depending on availability of students)

What is included?

  • It all starts with nutrition. You will learn how to eat healthy, speed up your metabolism, maintain a weight you love and make better choices at home and when eating out.

  • Your 6 month program will include a membership at House of Asana.

  • You will also recieve access to an app with weekly workouts specifically designed for your fitness level.

  • Every month there will be an in person workshop held at House of Asana where you will learn a new healthy habit.

  • You will have daily communication and support from your coaches and the rest of the participants in the program.

  • Are a beginner and gyms are intimidating
