F.L.O.W. is a 6-month fitness and nutrition coaching program designed for those ready to prioritize their health, build sustainable habits, and create lasting change. If you're committed to showing up for yourself and your future, this program will give you the tools, support, and community to succeed.

With years of experience in yoga, movement, and holistic wellness, Erica and Lauren are passionate about helping people build sustainable, healthy lifestyles.

Erica is a dedicated yoga teacher with a deep focus on mindful movement, flexibility, and creating a supportive community. She believes in making wellness accessible and fun while helping people reconnect with their bodies in a meaningful way.

Lauren, an experienced fitness and nutrition coach, specializes in strength training, sustainable weight loss, and building confidence through movement. Her coaching approach blends education, accountability, and encouragement, helping people develop habits that last a lifetime.

Together, they created F.L.O.W. to offer a balanced approach to wellness—combining movement, nutrition, and community support to help participants reach their goals. Their mission is simple: to empower you to feel stronger, healthier, and more connected to your well-being.
